These terms govern your use of Success Unlocked. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Success Unlocked, Inc. ("Success Unlocked," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Success Unlocked platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Terms

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must immediately notify Success Unlocked of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • You may not use another person's account without permission.
  • You may not create an account using a false identity or for the purpose of misleading others.
  • Success Unlocked reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions & Billing

Success Unlocked offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features as described on our pricing page.

Billing cycles. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Payment processing. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Refunds. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise expressly stated. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Price changes. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to the updated pricing.

Content & Intellectual Property

Our IP. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Success Unlocked and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service.

Content standards. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. User Content must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

DMCA. We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@successunlocked.com with a DMCA takedown notice.

Community Guidelines

Success Unlocked is a professional community for founders, operators, and ambitious leaders. To maintain a valuable experience for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent.
  • Spam, solicit, or promote unsolicited commercial offers to other members.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or interfere with the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without written permission.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with other users' experience.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account through the platform settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

We are not required to retain any User Content after termination. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before terminating your account.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Success Unlocked does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Content on the Service is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information obtained through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUCCESS UNLOCKED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
